On December 30, 2025, ATOMOS hosted the inaugural whisky tasting for Drawing Room at The House Hotel Shanghai. For this event, ATOMOS crafted three distinct zones: a photo wall, a tasting area, and a dining section. During the tasting, Mr. Jim Murray, The Maestro of Whiskies, guided guests through a sensory odyssey across terroir and time. With his legendary palate, he devoted two years to selecting the soulful casks that defined the experience. Within the tranquil ambiance of Drawing Room, the tasting became an unfinished "Symphony of Flavors." Learning to "listen" to time in a new way, everyone together inscribed a new chapter in this amber world—one of purity, craftsmanship, and boundless exploration.
